TalentHive is hiring on behalf of a well-established Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai that’s on the lookout for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their high-performance tech team.

This role is ideal for someone who’s confident in the MERN stack, thrives in creative environments, and is eager to deliver fast, scalable digital solutions that power marketing campaigns and tools.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to create high-performing campaign tools and platforms
• Develop clean, efficient code and scalable back-end systems
• Create and integrate APIs to support front-end functionality
• Manage version control using Git and follow best practices in development and deployment
• Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with cross-functional teams

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Full Stack (MERN) role
• Strong experience in:
• MongoDB
• Express.js
• React.js
• Node.js
• Proficiency in RESTful API development
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
• Must be available to join within 1 week

🎓 Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Previous experience working in or with Digital Marketing/Advertising Agencies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.)
