Automation & Data Analyst-1 year fixed-term contract

Role Overview

We are looking for a curious and solution-oriented specialist to lead and implement automation initiatives that streamline operational processes. You will primarily work with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL, but also have the freedom to experiment with modern tools such as Python, Power BI, or others available in the company.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong process mindset, a passion for technology-driven efficiency, and the confidence to think outside the box when it comes to innovation and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to reduce manual workload and optimize internal processes;
• Create low-code/ no-code solutions that meet operational needs and are easy to maintain by business users;
• Analyze data flow between systems and identify opportunities for streamlining or automation;
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and validate data for process automation and reporting purposes;
• Propose, test, and implement innovative ideas using other available technologies such as Python, Excel (Power Query), or Power BI;
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize them based on impact;
• Document workflows, business rules, and data logic in a clear and structured way;
• Actively contribute to a continuous improvement culture by promoting automation and experimentation.

Technical Requirements:

• University degree or final-year student in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar);
• Strong analytical and mathematical thinking – ability to understand and model logical processes;
• Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps is a strong plus, but not mandatory if you’re a fast learner;
• Basic understanding of SQL or interest in learning it rapidly;
• Interest in or basic exposure to Python or other scripting tools is an advantage;
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (including formulas, Power Query is a plus);
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving;
• Creativity and an open mindset – not afraid to experiment with new ideas or tools;
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Passion for technology, digital transformation, and process improvement.
