Lead Digital Product Designer

Temple is looking for an ambitious Digital Product Designer to help lead our design efforts.

What is Temple? 🤷‍♀️

Temple has raised $2.5m to build an all-in-one marketing platform for the music industry. We provide artists with cutting edge digital marketing tools that enable them to promote their music, merch and events effortlessly with a fan growth platform powered by AI.

Currently in private beta, Temple is working with over 200 artists, managers, and labels and has helped them to grow their fan CRM by 10x, improve ad performance by 5x, achieve a 180% ROI on ad spend and save over 5 hours per campaign.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Take ownership of the overall design of a two sided product - our fan facing Artist Site and our Artist Dashboard
• Solve complex UX challenges quickly and effectively alongside our Head of Product and a fast moving roadmap
• Own and actively develop the design system for the product
• Design and advocate for high quality, engaging creative output
  
  
  

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of design experience (agency and/or digital product)
• You have experience working closely with teams to build experiences users love
• You have an eye for detail and trust in your own decisions
• You're passionate about the creator economy (music, gaming, etc)
• You're happy to participate in occasional non-product tasks for the greater good of a small team
• You are an expert with Figma

• Strong graphic design practice and principles
• Web and/or App UI design experience
• Understanding of brand and user based digital product design
• Understanding of agile software development
  
  
  

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of motion design (e.g. After Effects)
• Understanding of digital formats, particularly for digital marketing channels
• Understanding of the music industry or similar creator economies

• We use Figma for team collaboration and product UI and UX work
