Want to join a dynamic IT team delivering integrated retail solutions across POS, warehouse, supply chain, and data systems?, If so, you'll be leading business analysis and testing activities to ensure all solutions meet defined requirements and are ready for deployment. Reporting to the Head of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and workflows
• Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, and optimisation initiatives
• Define and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios
• Manage test data and track defects through resolution
• Coordinate UAT with stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure end-to-end system validation and data accuracy
• Maintain clear and up-to-date process and testing documentation

Your Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis
• Strong knowledge of BA frameworks (BABOK preferred)
• Proven testing and QA skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Experience with cross-functional teams and international projects
• BA certification and degree (or equivalent) desirable
• Flexibility to travel as required
