We are now looking for a

Scrum Master

to work in Ponsse Group Digital Services & IT team in Finland.

As a Scrum Master, you will be an essential facilitator for development teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, product owners, and business stakeholders. You’ll foster an Agile environment, guiding teams in delivering high-quality software that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, removing any roadblocks that could hinder progress.
• Working closely with product owne and high level desing team to understand business requirements and helping the team translate these into technical solutions
• Supporting the team in creating technical documentation in JIRA and Confluence, and ensuring system integration aligns with business goals.
• Collaborating with high-level design teams and developers to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions.
• Providing leadership and guidance to development teams, effectively communicating technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of software and application design, as well as microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies
  
  

As a person you possess strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. You are skilled at communication and mentoring, while being proactive and technically adept. Your excellent organizational abilities, combined with strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking, make you a valuable asset to any team.

Finland will be Kuopio, Kajaani, Vieremä, Iisalmi or Tampere, but we are working hybrid model. Some amount of travelling will be required in this role.
