Business Analyst & Tester

Mission Overview:

The role involves joining the SPW Digital team, which focuses on the digitization of urban planning and environmental permits. You will primarily be in contact with the relevant departments (ARNE and TLPE) to understand their context and objectives, clarify their needs, and model/document their expectations. You will support project managers in determining these needs and modeling/documenting the business expectations. Your responsibilities will be executed as a Keystone Solutions consultant in collaboration with the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the context and objectives of the ARNE and TLPE departments (Environment, Urban Planning, and Territorial Development);
• Model business expectations, highlighting all data flows and exchanges among various internal and external stakeholders involved in these processes. This analysis must be conducted transversally across several directions and serve as the basis for a requirements document;
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for the solution to be implemented in agreement with the relevant departments and SPW Digital personnel involved in the project;
• Facilitate analysis workshops and write acceptance test scenarios with the relevant departments;
• Lead, in collaboration with project managers, workshops for the realization of tests by the departments;
• Write validation test scenarios in accordance with the test and quality strategy drafted and approved by the program quality manager. Support the departments in executing the written test scenarios;
• Communicate and validate all deliverables with the relevant departments;
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business (concepts, jargon, rules);
• Verify that the chosen solution meets the formulated expectations;
• Contribute to the smooth execution of the project within the program;
  
  
  

Activities:

• Prepare, facilitate, and document working workshops with the business;
• Coordinate with the analyst and the testing coordinator at SPW Digital (Program PRW292) to ensure consistency in the analysis;
• Collaborate closely and proactively with the business units involved in the project and their external partners;
• Model/produce/maintain the requirements document and communicate it;
• Model/write/maintain the test scenarios and communicate them;

Evaluation Method:

The candidate will be evaluated through an interview. They will first present themselves briefly, followed by a presentation of the mission. Questions will then be posed to verify the candidate's experience, technical and behavioral skills, as well as their suitability and motivation for the mission. Candidates will be asked to illustrate their responses with concrete examples from their personal experience, and their reactions to given situations will be assessed.

Role Specifications:

The position is for a confirmed Business Analyst role requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT-related projects. Candidates must demonstrate significant experience working directly as a business/functional analyst.
