See yourself in our team

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be doing hands-on coding and be responsible for shaping the evolution of our platform by contributing to end-to-end design, implementation, and delivery. You’ll act as a trusted technology partner in bringing the power of digital banking to every customer. You'll also be invited to join and/or present at our regular engineering guilds to provide technical guidance and mentoring to our junior members of the team.

• Work well in teams and have strong collaboration skills in driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Have ability to develop scalable and secure enterprise applications capable of handling high traffic
• Continually seek to improve the status quo for our customers and inspire our team to do the same and remain resilient in the face of change
• Constantly are thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problems
• Proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
• Are passionate about engineering practices with a DevSecOps mindset
  
  

Tech Skills:

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:

• Enterprise programming language - Java Preferred
• CI/CD tools - Github and Github Actions preferred
• Cloud technologies - AWS preferred
• Quality and Test automation - Playwright preferred
• Modern JavaScript/Typescript framework - Angular or React
