Our client a global organisation currently has an urgent requirement for a talented HR Specialist to join the company on an interim basis.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes. You'll act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, delivering a high level of service and building strong professional relationships.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:

• Completed apprenticeship in administration (KV) and further education in Human Resources Management (e.g., Eidg. Dipl. Personalfachmann/-frau or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 years of HR administration experience in an international/multinational environment
• Solid and applied knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations
• Strong computer literacy and ease with HR software systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• A collaborative team player with leadership potential and a hands-on mindset
