Your Role

This role focuses on enhancing the agile delivery capabilities of teams.

As an Iteration Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving value for stakeholders and embedding agile practices within the team. You'll ensure visibility of progress throughout each sprint; help remove obstacles and proactively identify technical risks.

While supporting the coordination of interdependencies across teams and projects, you’ll work closely with delivery leads to provide estimates and resource needs for effective forward planning.

This is a permanent role, offers a flexible hybrid work model. We welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne)

About You

• 2+ Practical hands-on experience as Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Continuous improvement mindset and negotiation skills
• Able to coach / mentor agile team members
• Preferred: Scrum Master Certification
