Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our remote team for pharmaceutical company.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in project management within IT, ideally in global or enterprise tech environment
• Fluent English communication skills — written and spoken (C1+)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and deliver results without constant supervision

Requirements 'nice to have':

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with Confluence or other documentation tools
• Previous background in software development or IT operations

Tasks:

• End-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Organizing and facilitating project planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinating with international stakeholders across teams and time zones
• Tracking progress using JIRA and maintaining clear documentation
• Identifying risks and proposing actionable mitigation strategies
• Acting as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners
