Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Scientist (Junior/Mid-Level) to join our growing data team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about turning data into actionable insights and eager to work on real-world problems using statistical analysis, machine learning, and data storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
• Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations
• Assist in data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Stay up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data science

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning
• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and modeling techniques
• Familiarity with tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn) is a plus
• Internship, research, bootcamp, or personal project experience in data science is highly valued
