Business Analyst (Digital Banking)

We are looking for a “Business Analyst”. Join us if you have a penchant to develop solutions with cutting-edge applications for a better world. The job is primarily remote but we expect the candidates to be in Istanbul.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering departments
• Experience in web application & mobile application technologies
• Experience in digital banking systems
• Excellent in relational databases like Postgresql
• Hands-on experience in Postman and/or SoapUI
• Demonstrated experience in translating the business needs to technical requirements for all stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Hold self-responsible for the team and individual tasks assigned
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex problems independently
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Experience in Agile Development methodologies is a plus
• Experience in UI/UX is a plus
