Job Title: Reporting Analyst

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst with 3-4 years of experience in data reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in VBA, SQL, DAX and Power BI, with a strong understanding of RPO or HR reporting (preferred). This role requires someone who is highly analytical, has strong stakeholder management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, automate, and optimize Excel-based reports using VBA and SQL.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards to provide data-driven insights.
• Analyze recruitment and HR-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to present insights, drive decision-making, and improve data accuracy.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business needs.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and automation.

Key Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.
• Strong expertise in Excel automation (VBA, SQL) and Power BI for dashboard creation.
• Experience in HR reporting or RPO (preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a curiosity for data and insights.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced Excel functions, Power Query, and DAX in Power BI.
• Prior experience in HR analytics or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
• Knowledge of other BI tools or scripting languages (Python, R, etc.) is a plus.
