π₯οΈ Role: Business Process & Tool Implementation Project Manager
The Opportunity π
Are you passionate about improving internal processes, implementing smart tools, and collaborating across departments? At Kube, we're looking for a Project Manager to lead key tool implementations (CRM, ATS, ERP, etc.) and process optimization initiatives that support our international growth.
Youβll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations), playing a central role in making our internal operations more efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. We're looking for someone who is strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects from concept to completion.
What will you be doing?
π Project & Tool Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementation of internal systems (CRM, ERP, ATS, etc.)
- Build detailed project plans with timelines, resources, milestones, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery on time and within scope
π Process Optimization
- Analyze and document current workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Design scalable, efficient processes aligned with business needs
- Align practices across departments to ensure consistency and usability
π Change Management & Adoption
- Support tool adoption through training, documentation, and follow-up
- Gather feedback post-implementation and continuously improve workflows
- Ensure clear communication and buy-in from all stakeholders
π Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a bridge between business teams, tech teams, and vendors
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
π Reporting & Evaluation
- Monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets
- Assess ROI and business impact of implemented tools and improvements

What weβre looking for:
β Experience in consulting or similar environments, managing cross-functional projects
β Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Monday.com, Asana, etc.
β Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
β Experience with process mapping and implementation of digital tools
β Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies β certification is a strong plus
β English native or fluent
β Fluency in Spanish and/or French is a strong plus
β Based in Barcelona or eligible to work in Spain (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
