Job Role: Network Administrator- Cisco Switching, Routing, Meraki SD-WAN

Job Location: Pune

Exp Range: 5Years to 8Years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

• Experience providing expert level Tier 3 support while mentoring less experienced technicians.
• Uses sound judgment when making decisions and dealing with others.
• Able to handle customer and interaction with them to understand their need and provide them with technical solution using expertise
• Able to design and implement technical solution under Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco DNA Center.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, STP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, etc.) and network technologies (e.g., Cisco Catalyst Switches, Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco WLAN).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical customers.
• Proficient in network monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting support for network-related issues and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Switching, Routing, Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE
• CCNA Certification
• CCNP Switching and Routing/CCNP Enterprise Certification
