EOS Data Analytics is a software company that works in the commercial space niche, with the main office in the USA and development centers in Ukraine.
The company is developing a digital online platform for searching, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data retrieved from satellites. Using regular and custom algorithms, the system creates solutions to the challenges in business development and planet preservation. The tools developed by the team provide individual analytical solutions in agriculture, forestry, oil & gas, alternative energy, and other industries.

Crop Monitoring, a satellite-driven online platform for precision agriculture.

EOS Data Analytics is looking for an experienced Product Manager (Science & R&D Solutions) to join the team.
This role is remote-friendly, with the option to work in a hybrid format from our Kyiv office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in tech product management.
- Experience working with or leading R&D or science-focused teams.
- Proven ability to conduct user research (including interviews and custdevs) to uncover needs and validate product hypotheses.
- Experience working with carbon or sustainability-focused solutions will be a strong advantage.
Key skills:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable product insights and improvements.
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for impact-oriented innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team (R&D, Data Engineering, Data Science) and align science-tech initiatives with EOSDA Carbon’s strategic objectives.
- Transform existing models into scalable, user-focused products and platforms.
- Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, custdevs) to map workflows, identify pain points, and uncover unmet needs.
- Explore market opportunities and define monetization strategies for carbon EOSDA solutions.
- Ensure product alignment with leading methodologies (e.g., Verra, Gold Standard).
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to achieve strong product–market fit.
