Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join a Financials Equity Long/Short team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an equity research, investment banking, hedge fund, investment management, private equity or relevant industry role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth fundamental research and analysis.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Analyze credit card data to provide insight into consumer trends and the impact on companies in coverage universe.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors impacting the sector.
• Support portfolio manager in portfolio construction and risk management.
• Participate in meetings with company management teams, industry experts, and sell-side analysts.
• Continuously update and improve investment theses based on new information and market developments.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience within Equity Research or Investment Banking.
• Experience working with credit card data to provide insights into investment theses.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial statements, modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  
  

Salary Range: $150,000 USD - $150,000 USD
