KOL Business Development Manager (Crypto)

Job Overview:

The KOL Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, and content creators in the crypto industry. This role will focus on leveraging KOL networks to enhance brand awareness, user acquisition, and community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

KOL Outreach & Partnership Development:

• Identify and build relationships with crypto KOLs (YouTubers, Twitter/X influencers, TikTok creators, podcasters, etc.).
• Negotiate and execute partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to drive brand visibility and user growth.
• Develop incentive structures (e.g., affiliate programs, paid promotions, revenue-sharing models).

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Design and implement KOL marketing campaigns to promote company products (exchange listings, NFT drops, DeFi protocols, etc.).
• Work closely with marketing and social media teams to align KOL strategies with broader campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and engagement.

Community & Network Expansion:

• Foster long-term relationships with KOLs to ensure ongoing advocacy and loyalty.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and AMAs to expand the company’s influencer network.
• Stay updated on crypto trends and emerging KOLs to keep the company ahead of competitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years in business development, influencer marketing, or partnerships in the crypto/blockchain/Web3 industry.
• Proven track record of working with crypto KOLs and executing successful influencer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, NFTs, exchanges, and blockchain trends.
• Skills:
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation abilities.
• Existing network of crypto KOLs and influencers.
