Computational Science and Informatics Pathology Lab Solutions Chapter is a fast-paced, highly interdisciplinary, and technical team of people with the ambitious goal of disrupting the practice of Pathology by creating innovative algorithms using AI technologies to improve the lives of cancer patients. In this Chapter, we have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Learning Engineer

The Opportunity

  • Contribute to technology roadmap for algorithm development frameworks and related technology
  • Work with the Algorithm development team
  • Implements algorithms and software platforms for prototyping and commercial product development
  • Translating Research code and PoC (Proof of Concepts) into Products

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field
  • You have 5+ years of experience algorithm (implementing and modifying) experience with Python, with C++, Cloud Computing / AWS
  • You have experience with Docker/Kubernetes
  • You have knowledge of modern software tools and development practices, including agile development and continuous integration / continuous deployment
  • You are able to apply system thinking and develop efficient, scalable software on complex systems
  • You have experience working in Medical Devices and Regulated Environments
  • You have exposure to traditional Computer Vision or Deep Learning Method

Preferred:

  • Master Degree or PhD with experience preferred
  • Fluent in Python, exposure to C++
