Junior Product Owner

We are looking for a dynamic  Junior Product Owner to join our team at WorkAxle. As a  Junior Product Owner, you will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing insights to drive decision-making in the product development process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer success, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows of the clients. 
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.  
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
• Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide support and training to the end users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the full capabilities of our software solutions.

Qualifications

•       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
•       Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the software or

technology industry.

•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

•       Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
•     Experience with workforce management or scheduling software is a plus.
