Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Computer Technician to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for providing technical support, performing computer maintenance, troubleshooting issues, executing repairs, and managing operating systems directly at our client locations.

We are pleased to offer visa sponsorship to qualified candidates who meet our performance standards and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in computer maintenance and repair
• Experience in managing and administering operating systems
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are highly desirable

What you are expected to have:

• A strong background in providing solutions to technology-based problems at homes and offices over various platforms such as (PC, Mac, iOS, Android).
• OWN VEHICLE and basic equipment needed for troubleshooting such as Laptops, Tablets, Smartphone.
• Good communication skills, fluency in English, and a professional and friendly attitude
• Australian Business Number (ABN) for Part-timer
