Business Analyst

What you’ll do:

• Deliver regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) performance reports for Revenue Generating Departments to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide monthly analysis on the profitability of key operational activities across the company.
• Prepare quarterly reports tracking KPI achievement by teams and individuals within the Revenue Generating Departments.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from various business units, covering areas such as accrued revenue, operational expenses, VAS services, and traffic routing.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in business cases through validation and analysis.
• Identify and track instances of lost revenue, preparing regular reports to inform mitigation strategies.

What we expect:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Mathematics.
• 3+ years as analyst / business analyst / operational analyst / financial analyst, preferably in the B2B industry.
• Fluent Ukrainian, Upper-Intermediate English.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, including macros and formulas, is a must.
• Will be a plus - familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, 1C, SAP, proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
