CRM Trainee · Marketing Department

We are looking for a profile that is highly motivated and ready to start first steps in CRM - Marketing.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, strategic, and communication skills in a dynamic and results-driven environment.

# Main Responsibilities:

Invite and nurture our customers to the loyalty program.

• Creation of CRM campaigns for the Portuguese market
• Customer communications management
• Monthly/weekly reporting on recruitment and loyalty ratios

# Requirements:

• Immediate availability to start (Full time)
• Availability to enter into an agreement with a University/Business School, for full time, lasting 6 months to 1 year
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Administration, Marketing or related.
• Basic Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Native Portuguese. English (high level) and Spanish (nice to have)
• Organization, communication and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Living in Lisbon, Portugal
