Transfer Agent

Contract Opportunity – Transfer Agent – Private Equity – Luxembourg

Our client, a prestigious financial institution, is seeking a contractor to support the maintenance of the investor register. This assignment will be within the Transfer Agency team, focused on private equity and real estate funds.

Start Date: Mid-September

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation for investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, share movements, and contract notes
• Prepare and review capital call and distribution calculations
• Prepare and review actualisation and equalisation calculations
• Perform and review cash reconciliations
• Respond to client and investor queries via email and other communication channels
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Fund Accounting, Compliance, Reporting, and AML/KYC
• Prepare reporting for clients and third-party investors

Profile Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of the alternative fund industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Transfer Agent within Alternative Funds
• Fluency in both French and English
• Experience with eFront is an asset
