REPORTING AND PROCESS ANALYST

What will you be doing?

• Take ownership of key regulatory reporting areas: nPRDB, NSFR, ALMM, and related monthly and quarterly submissions
• Improve the quality and clarity of reporting data and insights
• Collaborate on the full implementation of the OneSumX solution
• Monitor report preparation processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and internal data governance policies
• Provide analytical support and contribute to process optimization within the reporting function
• Assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer for junior staff or new joiners
• Perform other tasks as assigned in alignment with internal policies and CRO guidance

What will help you succeed?

• A degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Experience in financial or regulatory reporting, with an understanding of balance sheets and profit & loss statements
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, CRR/CRD, EBA/ECB guidelines, and IFRS
• Familiarity with supervisory and prudential reporting (e.g., FINREP, COREP, LCR, NSFR, LE, ALMM)
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage and interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling tools
• Upper-intermediate English language skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to grow, share knowledge, and support colleagues
