Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and monitoring of compliance programs and policies
Support the Compliance Officer in ensuring adherence to local and international regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering AML and KYC regulations
Conduct daily compliance monitoring activities, such as transaction reviews and customer onboarding checks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related documentation and reports
Help prepare reports for regulatory bodies and management regarding compliance matters
Conduct research on regulatory changes and emerging trends in the crypto industry
Assist in coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Help with the organization of compliance training sessions for employees
Respond to internal and external compliance-related inquiries
Support the team during audits and regulatory inspections

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency sector
Hands on experience with cryptocurrency regulations, blockchain technology, and the crypto industry.
Familiarity with AML, KYC, and other relevant regulatory requirements
Experience working with MASAK regulations is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
To be a citizen of Turkey with full civil rights
Fluency in Turkish and English
