Role: SAP Plan To Maintain Project Manager

Location: 3 days/week on-site in Brussels (Hybrid)

Contract: 12 months + extension

Languages: Dutch or French (plus English)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Plan To Maintain projects
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans and budgets
• Ensure delivery within scope, time, and quality constraints
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Identify and manage project risks and mitigation plans
• Coordinate with SAP, IT, and functional teams
• Facilitate steering committees and project meetings

Requirements:

• 15+ years of project management experience, including SAP projects
• Strong understanding of SAP Plan To Maintain, EAM, IAM, IBP (S/4), and ECC modules
• Knowledge of Agile/SAFe and tools like Jira, ServiceNow
• Experience with ITIL (certification required) and PM methodology (e.g., PM²)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Dutch or French and English
• Must be authorized to work in Belgium and available for hybrid work
