The Senior Complaints and Client Engagement Officer role is an opportunity to work with the first Victims’ Commissioner in Queensland by promoting the rights of victims of crime in accordance with the Victims’ Commissioner and Sexual Violence Review Board Act 2024.

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our newly established team supporting the work of the Victims’ Commissioner in championing the rights and needs of victims of crime in Queensland.

Working in the Policy and Systemic Review team, you will receive and deal with enquiries and feedback from victims of crime and resolve Charter of Victims' Rights complaints in accordance with the Victims' Commissioner and Sexual Violence Review Board Act 2024. In your role you will engage with victims of crime, victim support services and justice agencies to assist in identifying systemic issues experienced by victims of crime in accessing support and throughout the criminal justice process.
