Job Title: MarTech Engineer 
Location: Zurich
Contract Duration: 01.07.2025 – 30.06.2026 (80% workload)
Availability: ASAP
Rate: Negotiable

  • Main Responsibilities (MUST):
    • Support the Marketing Technology team with MarTech engineering activities related to the Adobe Experience Platform (including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, RTCDP) and other tracking integrations (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, etc.) as part of Run & Change (services are procured as SaaS solutions).
    • Ensure the technical operation of the Marketing Technology stack (Adobe Experience Cloud).
    • Gather technical requirements, design, plan, and independently implement tracking and targeting integrations and optimizations in the digital channels of Zürcher Kantonalbank (e.g., websites and apps).
    • Verify these integrations, perform independent testing, and ensure compliance with internal requirements, quality standards, and performance.
    • Work closely and coordinate with the lead developer, business engineers, and responsible application developers.
    • Thorough and complete documentation of concepts, implementations, and tests.
    • Further develop the continuously growing integrations and MarTech stack, contributing optimization and innovation ideas.
    • Proactive and independent collaboration within the Martech team, maintaining transparent and reliable work practices.
    • Enforce and apply best-practice software development patterns.
    Main Responsibilities (CAN):
    Requirements (content, methodology, technology, etc.):
    • Many years of experience with tracking integrations; knowledge of the Adobe stack is an advantage.
    • DevOps mentality and willingness to take responsibility.
    • Proactive and communicative collaboration within the MarTech team.
    • Thorough, independent, and reliable work style with a high level of quality and service orientation.
    • Coordination of technical implementations between different teams, involving important communication tasks.
    • Completed education in computer science with professional experience.
    • Good knowledge of web/frontend development, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5.
    • Additional Java/Kotlin skills are an advantage.
    • Several years of experience in integration and configuration of web tracking and web targeting is advantageous.
    Working Environment:
    Language Requirements (oral/written):
    • German: C1 – Proficient language skills
    • English: B1 – Intermediate (Preliminary PET)
