Strategic Operations Manager

Currently, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join Liki24.

Liki24 is an innovative startup in the healthcare industry, dedicated to revolutionizing the way people access and experience healthcare services. We provide a convenient online platform that helps people efficiently manage their healthcare needs, leading to significant time and cost savings.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business analysis, mathematics, computer science, or other fields;
• We expect 2+ years of experience in the following (or similar) fields:
• B2B roles within Е-commerce, FMCG, companies, or other similar dynamic organizations;
• Operations, Growth, Product, Marketing, or Expansion roles in consumer startups, product IT companies.
• Management consulting / Audit / Investment Banking / VC / or similar professional services.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities;
• Experience in implementing and optimizing business processes;
• Project management skills with a track record of successfully leading initiatives;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders;
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets;
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry, e-commerce platforms, and consumer startups would be a plus.

What will you do:

• Deep dive into the specifics of new markets (product assortment, demand, customer behavior).
• Understand the local context and identify ways to drive sales, based on analytics.
• Collaborate with existing premium partners: analysis, optimization, and scaling.
• Explore new partnership models (e.g., dropshipping, white-label, etc.).
• Launch experimental partnerships without predefined playbooks — figuring things out along the way.
• Lead projects focused on profitability.
• Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and logistics teams.
• Propose new initiatives at the intersection of marketing, operations, and business.
