UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a visionary UX/UI Designer to lead the design of our core platform experience across desktop and mobile. This is a high-impact role—your work will shape how humans and AI collaborate in fast-paced, high-performance teams. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership to bring clarity and structure to complex workflows, and deliver an elegant, intuitive interface that makes advanced AI feel effortless.

• Design the end-to-end user experience for Aither's AI platform across desktop and mobile
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems for complex product interfaces
• Define and evolve the visual identity and interaction language of the platform
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to translate user needs and technical requirements into seamless flows
• Balance clarity, structure, and sophistication in UI while supporting powerful backend AI workflows
• Run usability testing and rapidly iterate on designs based on user and team feedback
• Work across multiple surfaces (dashboards, summaries, task boards, mobile push flows) and use cases (executives, managers, ICs)

• 4+ years of experience designing complex SaaS platforms or productivity tools (ideally AI-powered)
• A portfolio that demonstrates structured thinking, exceptional visual design, and cross-platform UX
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for both desktop and mobile
• Strong grasp of information hierarchy, interaction design, and UI patterns for clarity and control
• Systems-thinker with a strong foundation in design systems and scalable UI architecture
• Comfort working in high-speed, startup environments with evolving priorities
