Category Operation Head （Fresh / Food) - TOP Retail Industry

The job is based in Saudi.

Target Candidate: Foreign nationals with experience in leading food or fresh category operations in top local platforms (such as: Jehaz, Noon, Ninja, Nana, Wemart)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end category strategy for food or fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.)
• Lead assortment planning, pricing strategy, supplier negotiations, and promotional planning
• Analyze category performance and consumer trends to optimize product mix and availability
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand the category offering
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in category management or operations, with a focus on food or fresh
• Proven track record in instant retail / quick commerce / front-warehouse models
• Prior experience in Jehaz, Noon, Ninja, Nana, Wemart or similar platforms is highly preferred
