Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced data models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to drive strategic decision-making and solve high-impact business problems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

● Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).

● 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or related roles.

● Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with advanced machine learning libraries.

● Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and experimental design.

● Experience working with data exploratory analysis, data wrangling, and model development using Python libraries.

● Experience on model deployment in different infrastructures (on cloud, on edge)

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements 'nice to have'

● Experience in manufacturing, operation process optimization, supply chain management.

● Familiarity with MLOps practices

Tasks:

● Develop end-to-end data science projects—from business exploration and model prototyping to deployment and performance monitoring.

● Collect and integrate data from diverse sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.

● Clean, preprocess, and validate datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.

● Visualize data and performance the data exploratory analysis to understand business insights

● Design and develop predictive models and AI models to optimize manufacturing operations, enable predictive maintenance, and improve supply chain logistics.

● Collaborate closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure AI/ML solutions are production-ready and aligned with business goals.

● Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations, dashboards, and reports.

● Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data science and artificial intelligence.
