Business Systems Analyst - Healthcare/Pharmacy
Contract duration: initially 12 months
Location: Dublin (hybrid working)
Pay: €490 – 618/day (PAYE/Ltd Umb)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries and issues flagged by the end users
- Collaborate with the business and development teams to manage queries through to closure
- Monitor and report on issues raised to ensure they are addressed within agreed SLAs
- Collaborate with the business and development teams to ensure successful completion of UAT by highlighting any defects/issues to the team before deployment
- Assist with performing UI testing of new functionality or product updates
- Coordinate and facilitate sessions post roll out to ensure successful adoption of the new tool/functionality
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and communicate the release notes following each release
- Create and own product documentation including FAQs, SOPs and User Guides while applying user-centric language
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with product/project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Rally/Jira, Aha, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Business Analyst/Project Manager or similar.
- Experience with data products and services.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Healthcare/Pharmacy experience.
