Requirements

Must-haves

• 1+ year of software development experience
• Proficiency with Python
• Experience with serverless deployment on providers (e.g. Runpod, Modal)
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
• Ability to think critically and solve problems using analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

• Startup experience
• Familiarity with frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on

• Collaborate with the AI team to develop and refine AI-driven features
• Train and fine-tune models for virtual staging and automated interior design
• Collect, clean, and prepare data for AI workflows
• Evaluate model performance using defined metrics and datasets
• Build and update algorithms and experimental AI prototypes
• Integrate AI functionalities into platform workflows alongside other teams
• Contribute to research in computer vision and generative design technologies
