• Strong knowledge of card business operations, platforms, and end-to-end project life cycle.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver solutions in a highly regulated environment.
• Adept at Agile methodologies and comfortable navigating matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
