Location: Singapore | Reports to VP Data & AI for MIA| Visa Requirements: Permanent Residence or Citizenship | Language Requirements: English, written and spoken

As our new Machine learning Engineer, you will build and deploy machine learning solutions, predominantly built using generative AI models, into production on cloud platforms. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an international company applying language technologies to provide state-of-the-art and innovative solutions to make a global impact.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing ML solutions/systems based on customer requirements
• Prompting the engineering and fine-tuning of small and large language models on AWS and Azure
• Building, maintaining and improving our ML solutions following best practices in programming, Generative modelling, automation and CI/CD
• Deploying ML solutions that meet our internal standards for ethics, security, availability, performance, maintainability, and best practices for cloud environments
• Collaborating in interdisciplinary teams to support ML deployment and to share knowledge with clients and colleagues

Your Competencies

• Professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with high proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies
• Knowledge of data structures, data modelling, ML algorithms and software architecture
• Proven experience in CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Fluency in Python and familiarity in ML frameworks such as Keras or PyTorch, and libraries like scikit-learn

• Effective communication skills, comfortable in customer facing situations and demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills
