Strategy & Business Analytics Intern, Singapore

Our SharkNinja APAC business is scaling rapidly. The two brands, Shark and Ninja, have enjoyed unprecedented growth in the past 5 years, driven mainly by the very strong innovation pipeline on both brands.

As we continue to scale, we seek a Strategy & Business Analytics intern to join our team in Singapore. This role will play a pivotal part in unlocking the next phase of growth for our APAC business.

Position Overview:

The Strategy & Business Analytics Intern will be responsible for strategic analysis and developing new analytical capabilities to accelerate our business growth.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:

1. APAC Market Landscape analysis: provide data-driven recommendations that shape our business strategy.

2. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for market and sales offtake data used by individual markets and executive leadership

3. Analyze Trade Spend Effectiveness across APAC markets and provide data-driven recommendations

4. Create and optimize marketing analytics dashboards to track key performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPC, CAC, etc.) and their impact to business metrics.

5. Partner with Business Planning (Deman / Supply Planning) to determine and deliver strong business cases in this area.

6. Support ad-hoc analysis requests from various business stakeholders

Requirements:

· Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

· Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI and/or Tableau

· Experience with DAX language and Power BI dashboard set-up

· Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights

· Knowledge of Python, Power Query and experience with data manipulation preferred

· Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to stakeholders

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
