Scrum Master

Job Purpose: As an Scrum Master, you will be part of use case teams to reinforce Agile ways of working and establish an environment in which the team can be effective.

• You will support the use case team regarding self-organization, and eliminate impediments
• You will support the PO in communicating the aim and scope of the product
• You will be responsible for ensuring Agile ways of working are adopted in the use case team
• You will provide guidance and support digital team in the delivery of digital products at pace, protecting them from external distractions
• You will work with one or multiple use cases at the same time

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of Agile experience; 2-4 of these years in business technology with demonstrated experience managing a team.
• Degree in computer science, Information systems or another relevant field.
• Strong teaching and communication skills
• Hands-on experience and previous accountability for delivery outcomes using Agile practices.
• Expertise in Scrum methodology and artifacts.
• Result-driven, can-do attitude.
• Experience in development or project management in the context of web/software delivery.
• Good knowledge of development best practices (e.g., continuous integration and deployment, develops) desirable.
• Good knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and creating transparency.
