Job Summary (Security Analyst - Maplewood, MN)
- Provide technical expertise for Network Access Control (NAC) infrastructure, focusing on Aruba ClearPass.
- Assist with global NAC deployment and implementation at multiple sites.
- Conduct NAC performance, load testing, and system upgrades.
- Develop and enforce NAC policies aligned with business and security needs.
- Administer daily NAC operations, including availability, capacity, and troubleshooting.
- Expand and maintain consistency of NAC solutions across all regions.
- Collaborate with global teams, management, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Utilize strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, switching, routing, firewalls, VLANs, and virtual route forwarding.
- Implement and manage Microsoft authentication tools.
- Apply programming/scripting skills to automate or support security operations.
- Work flexible or non-traditional hours as needed.
- Maintain strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leverage knowledge of secure communication methods and IT infrastructure.
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant information security experience, preferably with Aruba ClearPass.
- Display excellent soft skills: cordial, accountable, and self-driven to independently manage projects.
- Hold an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- (Preferred) Hold industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., ACCA, ACCP, CISSP, CCNA).
- (Preferred) Experience with Cisco ISE and administering both Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
