Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 5,000-AED 7,000

Duties and Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and institutional standards.
• They will lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and mediate workplace conflicts effectively.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and support managers in conducting evaluations.
• Provide leadership in staff training, professional development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements, including contracts, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze key metrics for decision-making.
• Manage time attendance at all branches.
• Calculate End of Service benefits.
• Creates and maintains secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems
• Coordinates with Payroll, Compensation and Benefits to ensure the registration and administration of the employees' benefit programs
• Liaises with Housing and Visa Administrators regarding employee housing and visa requirements

Skills and Experience

• Total years of experience – 2-5 years U.A.E experience
• Must know U.A.E Labour Laws, Employee relations, PR coordination, documentations with govt authorities, recruitment, Payroll etc).
• With a U.A.E driving license.
• A high degree of computer literacy; knowledge of an ERP system such as Banner is desirable
• Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
