We've partnered with an incredible Fintech scaleup as they prepare to launch, and scale, an African superapp that have products across:

• Payments and transactions.
• eWallets.
• Remittance.
• Digital lending.
• SMS based purchasing.

In case you're wondering how it's possible to have so many products within a startup, the answer is simple - they're recently going through a huge merger where they're absorbing some of their competitors to create an all-in-one Fintech powerhouse. 💪

And that's where you come in.

This company are now hiring their very first CTO to oversee the merger and to bring these products, and teams, together.

👇 Here's what they're ideally looking for:

• 👉 Fintech experience is absolutely essential for this role. 👈
• Experience of managing remote software engineering teams (10+ people would be great).
• Strong backend hands-on technical background (ideally with integrations with large financial institutions).
• Familiarity with microservices based architectures.
• A huge plus if you have experience of previously overseeing a merger/acquisition where you had to help bring products/people together.

💰 Here's what they're offering:

• 55,000 AED - 70,000 AED P/M.
• Full VISA coverage.
• Full health insurance provided for you and your immediate family.
• A future benefits package yet to be defined.
• Flexible working arrangement from Dubai (2/3 days in the office per week).
