Software Engineer

Are you passionate about sustainability and ready to use data for a greener future?

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on projects which help companies become more sustainable through data-driven solutions

Using technologies such as Python, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and advanced data science techniques, we help to empower organisations to turn data into actionable insights.

As a software engineer you will play a hands-on role with the technical implementations all while being a key advisor for your stakeholders.

We typically work with customers in industries such as renewable energy, aquaculture, and maritime/shipping where small changes can yield large results for their sustainability initiatives

We are looking for you to bring:

• Strong academic background in computer science, maths, physics, or similar
• At least 4+ years of professional experience in a similar role (software / backend / fullstack engineering)
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with frontend tools and frameworks is beneficial (we work with TypeScript and React)
• Experience working closely with data teams is beneficial
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in Norwegian and English
