Junior Procurement Specialist

The Finance team at Nord Security consists of ambitious professionals working towards creating a world-class Finance organisation. We’re keen on converting financial data into meaningful information and insights, which we do by automating workflows and analyzing data. The Finance team supports business stakeholders in making decisions, driving strategy, and achieving the lofty goals of an ever-growing unicorn with confidence. Our team owns and executes accounting, controlling, finance systems, data and financial analysis, treasury and procurement functions.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement Department in Business Travel Coordination:
• Assist the purchase and organization of business trips;
• Monitor travel-related supplier performance, agreement validity, and terms;
• Maintain accurate data across internal systems;
• Ensure effective communication and information flow between departments;
• Support ongoing procurement and day-to-day business travel tasks
• Ensure Smooth and Stress-Free Travel Experiences for Company Colleagues:
• Manage hotel and flight reservations;
• Prepare and deliver detailed travel itineraries for employees;
• Assist with travel policy application and budget adherence;
• Troubleshoot travel-related issues and provide timely solutions;
• Research suppliers and services to enhance travel efficiency and reduce costs
