AVS Project Manager - Cloud Transformation & Migration Program Manager

Location: Poland / Germany / France / Netherlands / Belgium

Type: Contract – 6 months+ / Fully Remote

Must speak B2 or above German

Overview:

We're looking for a senior Cloud Program Manager with strong experience leading VMware to Azure/AVS migrations. This role involves managing large-scale cloud transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects (VMware to Azure/AVS)
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Drive governance, reporting, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with technical teams across client and offshore units

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in IT transformation/project management
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Azure, AVS migrations
• Strong infra knowledge: virtualization, storage, networking, cloud
• Excellent stakeholder and escalation management

Preferred:

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certs
• ADO or similar project tools
