Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants tailored to business need.
• Build and fine-tune NLP models for intent classification, entity recognition and dialogue management
• Analyze user conversations to uncover insights and improve bot performance
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and software engineers to align chatbot functionalities with user needs
• Integrate chatbot solutions with external APIs and internal systems
• Develop metrics and A/B tests to evaluate bot effectiveness and continuously iterate based on data
• Maintain documentation and provide support for chatbot solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, AI, or a related field
• Proven experience with chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Diagflow, Microsoft Bot Framework)
• Strong background in NLP techniques and tools (E.g., spaCy, HuggingFace, NLTK, transformers)
• Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages
• Experience working with large datasets, data wrangling, and feature engineering
• Familiarity with deploying models and services using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Knowledge of conversational UX principles
• Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
