Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale global cryptocurrency platform. As CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership, working closely with the Board of Directors to establish long-term goals, strategies, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Define and drive the company’s long-term vision and mission, aligning product and market strategies to position the company as a global leader in digital assets.
• Operational Oversight:
• Lead and oversee all operations and business activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and mission.
• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and performance metrics to drive profitability and investor returns.
• Product & Innovation Leadership:
• Guide product roadmap and platform development in line with technological trends and user needs in the crypto space.
• Regulatory & Risk Management:
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. Establish internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, regulators, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Talent Development:
• Build and nurture a high-performing leadership team. Establish a strong culture of accountability, innovation, and integrity.
• Global Expansion:
• Drive growth strategies including entry into new markets, partnerships, and acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in senior leadership roles, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to scale digital platforms and grow global operations.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, decentralized finance (DeFi), and digital asset trends.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and managing compliance risks.
• Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational management skills.
• Track record of fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
