πŸ‘‹ New hire onboarding – Welcome new colleagues and get them set up for success!

❓ Employee questions? – Be the first point of contact for contracts, time tracking, and benefits.

🀝 Team conflicts? – Step in as a mediator and help resolve issues with care.

πŸ‘‹ Offboarding – Handle all P&O tasks when it’s time to say goodbye.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό Hiring support – Occasionally join interviews and share your HR insights.

🌐 Global projects – Help roll out digital tools and compliance initiatives.

πŸ”„ Process alignment – Streamline workflows and support global standards.

🧩 Your Profile

βœ… Experience in HR, ideally in an international setting

βœ… Familiar with HR systems, policies, and processes

βœ… Knowledge of local labor law (bonus if you know more than one!)

πŸŽ“ Degree in HR, Business, Labor Law, or similar β€” or equivalent experience

πŸ—£οΈ Fluent in English and advanced Spanish

πŸ—‚οΈ Super organized, independent, and a great communicator

πŸ’ͺ Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
