From onboarding to offboarding, payroll prep to policy guidance β you ensure smooth operations and happy colleagues. ππ¬

π οΈ What Youβll Do
π New hire onboarding β Welcome new colleagues and get them set up for success!
β Employee questions? β Be the first point of contact for contracts, time tracking, and benefits.
π€ Team conflicts? β Step in as a mediator and help resolve issues with care.
π Offboarding β Handle all P&O tasks when itβs time to say goodbye.
π§βπΌ Hiring support β Occasionally join interviews and share your HR insights.
π Global projects β Help roll out digital tools and compliance initiatives.
π Process alignment β Streamline workflows and support global standards.
π§© Your Profile
β Experience in HR, ideally in an international setting
β Familiar with HR systems, policies, and processes
β Knowledge of local labor law (bonus if you know more than one!)
π Degree in HR, Business, Labor Law, or similar β or equivalent experience
π£οΈ Fluent in English and advanced Spanish
ποΈ Super organized, independent, and a great communicator
Your Benefits
πͺ All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).
πͺ Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
