Chain of Events, the organizer of RAISE Summit and Paris Blockchain Week (PBW) , is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager U.S. to join our dynamic and diverse international sales team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our premier events

  • RAISE: An exclusive, cross-industry summit designed for leaders aiming to drive AI innovation across various sectors.

Chain Of Events is a Paris-based company founded to organise Paris Blockchain Week (10,000+ attendees, 300+ sponsors, 500+ speakers, 400+ journalists and media). Paris Blockchain Week explores the latest developments in blockchain technology, its potential applications across a range of industries and total immersion into the Web3 universe for business– the place par excellence where community leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, developers meet to explore future possibilities, from gaming and collectibles to art and fashion.

The renowned Paris Blockchain Week held its 6th edition as a live event in April 2025 in the Carrousel du Louvre, Paris and online via a dedicated digital platform. Since its inception in 2019, PBW has established itself as a global meeting place for those currently in or exploring blockchain to engage in thought-provoking discussions on the digital assets industry at large. On 8 April 2024, Chain Of Events launched its first ever RAISE summit, a generative AI event for enterprise businesses. It was a resounding success and will expand into a 2-day conference in 2025 from 8 to 9 July at the Carrousel du Louvre. https://www.raisesummit.com/

Responsibilities

  • Negotiating and collaborating with industry leaders and innovators in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Contributing to the strategic expansion of RAISE.
  • Assisting in formulating the next phases of growth, with the potential to lead your own team in the future.
  • Engaging in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment within an international context.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to identify, pursue and close complex partnerships
  • Lead negotiations with partners across seniority levels
  • Proactively create and manage new key accounts
  • Deliver results in line with strategic objectives
  • Provide ideas and engage with the sales strategy
  • Supports in recruiting, mentoring, training and driving the Junior Partnerships Officers
  • Flexibility to travel as required for the role, estimated once a month
  • Screening and proactivity on emerging new Events in the industries
  • Consultative sales approach with natural interest in wanting to help clients, identify the client needs and matching the product line to each client
  • Spotting new AI leads and hunting
  • Joining local communities and groups that could be an introduction to potential clients
  • Spotting potential collaborative partnerships and introducing to relevant team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record in achieving individual revenue target of 1m+
  • A hunter mindset with the ability to close quickly and profitably
  • Event experience is a MUST
  • Ability to work efficiently and with focus in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a team player but experienced and independent in your client approach
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Master’s degree
  • Native or full professional fluency in English. Other languages is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel to competitor Events globally
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is preferred
