Senior .NET Developer

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is inviting applications for a Senior Backend Developer position dedicated to a consultancy mission at our client's site. The successful candidate will be positioned within the Business Domain Transport Executions, tasked with proposing innovative and effective solutions to enhance the client's projects.

This consultancy role focuses on delivering high-quality cloud backend solutions in Azure, mobile applications, web interfaces, and integrations with legacy systems. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will write well-tested software that meets project requirements and collaborate closely with our client to refine and elevate ideas. A robust understanding of the business domain and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Backend Developer will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Design and develop cloud backend solutions using Azure technologies.
• Create mobile applications and web interfaces aligned with project goals.
• Integrate new solutions with existing legacy systems.
• Implement high-quality, well-tested software following best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insights and refine solutions.
• Contribute to project discussions with innovative ideas and technical expertise.
• Work independently while also being an effective team member.
• Participate in Agile methodologies including SAFE/Scrum.
  
  
  

Mandatory Requirements:

• Over 7 years of .NET development experience.
• Over 5 years of Azure Cloud development experience.
• Over 5 years of experience with .NET Core Web API development.
• Strong expertise in unit testing practices.
• Minimum of 2 days onsite work in Brussels.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in either Dutch or French.
  
  
  

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience with PaaS including API manager, Service Bus, Event Grid, Blob storage, CosmosDB, and Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker containers.
• Proficient in REST API development.
• Understanding of dependency injection and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Knowledge of clean code principles and SOLID design.
• Experience with CI/CD processes using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in Git version control.
• Ability to create effective unit tests that are meaningful and maintainable.
